Azul, located in Miami Beach, serves up contemporary Latin American cuisine. Chef Michelle Bernstein offers seasonal menus that feature innovative dishes made with local ingredients. Azul has held onto its one Michelin star since 2011.
Norman’s, located in Orlando, offers modern American fare with global influences. Chef Norman Van Aken has been serving up award winning dishes since 1997 and has held onto his one Michelin star since 2012.
Casa D’Angelo, located in Fort Lauderdale, offers Italian fare with global influences. Chef Angelo Elia has been serving up Italian classics since 2001 and has held onto his one Michelin star since 2013.
The Restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, located in Naples, serves up modern American cuisine with Mediterranean and Asian influences. Chef Fabrizio Schenardi has been serving up award winning dishes since 2009 and has held onto his one Michelin star since 2012.
