Does Monica Galetti Have a Michelin Star?

Monica Galetti is a world-renowned chef, who has worked in some of the finest restaurants across the globe. She is best known for her appearances on MasterChef and MasterChef: The Professionals, where she has been a judge since 2009. She has also written several cookbooks, hosted TV shows and opened her own restaurant Mere in London.

Galetti’s career began in New Zealand, where she trained as a chef before moving to the UK to further her studies at Westminster Kingsway College. She then went on to become the senior sous chef at Le Gavroche – one of London’s most celebrated restaurants – where she worked alongside renowned chef Michel Roux Jr. From there, her career has gone from strength to strength and she is now one of the most respected chefs in the world.

Galetti’s success has been recognised with several awards over the years, including being named the Most Outstanding Female Chef in Great Britain by The Craft Guild of Chefs in 2017. However, one accolade that has eluded her is a Michelin star – an award that most top chefs strive for throughout their career.

So does Monica Galetti have a Michelin star? Unfortunately not yet – despite all of her success and recognition over the years, she has not yet achieved this ultimate goal for a professional cook. That said, it is clear that she has all of the skills and talent necessary to make it happen one day and it wouldn’t be surprising if she did eventually earn herself a Michelin star in the future.

Conclusion: Monica Galetti is an incredibly talented chef who has achieved great success during her career so far but unfortunately does not have a Michelin star yet. However, with her skill set and track record it would not be surprising if she achieved this accolade at some point in the future.
