How Many Three Star Michelin Restaurants Are There in Hong Kong?

Hong Kong is renowned for its excellent cuisine, and many of its restaurants have been awarded the prestigious three star Michelin rating. The Michelin Guide is an annual publication that evaluates the quality of restaurants across the world. It awards one, two or three stars to those establishments that it considers to have achieved a certain level of excellence.

There are currently nine restaurants in Hong Kong that have been awarded three stars by the Michelin Guide. These include Lung King Heen, Mandarin Oriental’s seafood restaurant; Sushi Shikon, a high-end sushi restaurant; T’ang Court at Langham Place Hotel; Yan Toh Heen at InterContinental Hong Kong; Caprice at Four Seasons Hotel; Yan Toh Heen at InterContinental Hong Kong; and Amber at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental. There are also two other establishments in Hong Kong, 8½ Otto e Mezzo BOMBANA and Bo Innovation, which have received two star ratings from the guide.

The nine three-starred Michelin restaurants in Hong Kong are:
