Vikas Khanna is an Indian Michelin Star Chef, restaurateur, cookbook writer, and television personality. He has been featured in several international magazines and TV shows including The New York Times, CNN and the BBC’s MasterChef series.

Vikas Khanna started his culinary career at the age of 19 when he joined the Welcomegroup Graduate School of Hotel Administration in Manipal, India.
