How Did Hawker Chan Get Michelin Star?

Hawker Chan, a street food stall in Singapore, made history when it became the first hawker stall to receive the Michelin star in 2016. The star was awarded to Liao Fan Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice & Noodle at Chinatown Complex, owned by Chef Chan Hong Meng.
